Sorry again for lack of updates! School is keeping me busy. Here’s a little peek of something I’m working on for my Drawing Studio class.
Wow wow wow sorry for the lack of art lately! My junior year of college started last week, and I’ve been busy getting back into the groove of things. I have been working on stuff, so I’ll share it soon! Thanks for sticking around :)
Hey guys, I’m wondering what
-you’d like to see me focus on in my art
-what you like so far
-what you’d like to see improve
-anything that irks you about my art.
-stuff you want to see me draw.
Feel free to go anon, I won’t be publishing or responding these but I’ll appreciate the input. Thank you!
Ah this is important
Haha, thank you! And yes, I’ve taken two figure drawing classes while at college so far :)
I was hoping to finish this tonight, but that’s not going to happen! Revisiting and working more on my umbrella girl story.
When thinking of childhood, what words come to mind?
You know when something feels right and you get that ‘aha!’ moment?
I think that happened to me today.
Argh, I definitely need a better scanner. The original has so much more colors and doesn’t look so muddled.
But!! Thank you to the anon who suggested this. It was fun to make, and makes me wanna keep practicing my watercolor illustrations. Thank you everyone else for your suggestions, too! I’m working on them :)
Ahhh, thank you so much!! What an honor <3
Anon, you make me incredibly happy. Thank you so much for your interest! I’m planning on opening an Etsy very soon. I’ll be sure to announce it when I do!
I need to get a move on and draw stuff and practice before i go back to school at the end of the month
so send me an ask and i’ll probably draw your request.
I started watching Sailor Moon this summer…
I wanted to play with this style. I sorta like it, but I still need to develop it further
also i should have waited til i drew sailor saturn to pair her with chibi moon oops
Hello! and thank you!!
It’s funny you ask this, because I sorta had a meltdown last night about my art and its aesthetics haha. I don’t really know that I’ve “chosen” a style. I like my realistic and mature work as well as my more imaginative and childlike illustrations. I haven’t really found anything that I’d like to call my own. I’m just working until something finally clicks with me and it’s not such a burden that I should even think about.
So, to answer simply, I am still exploring my possibilities!

I wanted to practice some illustration work and styles, so I took this photo of the lovely Rooney Mara from an issue of Vogue and remade it.
